Bio: Raphael Eppler-Hattab, Ph.D., is an organizational gerontologist and consultant, the CEO of the human resources consultancy firm Eppler Consulting, a research fellow at the Minerva center on intersectionality in aging at the University of Haifa, the chairman of the Israeli LGBT Golden Agers association, and a partner at DNAge Group, a venture that guides organizations in the processes of adapting working life to longevity and facilitates an age-friendly employment standard for employers. He holds a Ph.D. in gerontology from the University of Haifa, and a M.Sc. in behavioral and management sciences from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. His research and expertise focus on aging and work, organizational psychology, human resource management and LGBT aging. His past experience includes serving in human resource management position in large Israeli corporations, and long-term activism for human rights in the LGBT community in Israel.
