Bio: Businesswoman, PR and HR- diversity consultant. Founder president of Association for Women’s Career Development in Hungary Organization in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council - AWCDH (www.womenscareer.org). More than 30 years of experience in the fields of women's empowerment and career development. Organized more than 50 international conferences, initiated the “Best Workplace for Women Competition and Award” in 2007, the “Women’s Career for a Lifetime” program in 2009. Managed two “Visegrad Women” research projects in 2020-2022 and three EU Adult Learning research projects between 2013-2024. Currently: Project manager of the “Women, Families, Careers - Digital solutions in adult learning” Erasmus+ KA210-ADU-Small-scale partnership (2023-2024) MC member in four COST Actions regarding ageing: CA22120, CA22167, CA21107, CA19136. Invited speaker at Hungarian, EU and UN conferences on themes: women’s career and work life balance without age limit, cooperation of generations in the family and the at the workplace, ageism, etc. Her strategic networks in ageing: in Hungary: Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Debrecen, in EU: Older Women Network Europe and Age Platform Europe, In UN: International Network for the Prevention of Elder Abuse (INPEA, NGO Committee on Ageing, Geneva. Education: Andrea graduated from the Foreign Trade College in Budapest, fluent in English and German. Her mother tongue is Hungarian. Certificates of Hungarian, UN WHO and UNITAR trainings on Ageing.
