Bio: Horia Moaşa is an associate professor and Dean of the Faculty of Sociology and Communication at Transilvania University of Brasov. His research focuses on voice and silence, paradoxes and contradictions, leadership and identity. More recently he examined how leaders become romanticized as historical points of reference, as well as the contradictions and identity issues in small family-run businesses. Dr. Moașa is a member of the European Group on Organization Studies (EGOS) and the Romanian Sociological Society (RSS). At Transilvania University of Brasov, Dr. Moașa teaches courses in Leadership, Organizational Communication, and Project Management.
