Bio: Anabella Beju-Aleman is Senior Lecturer in Communication Sciences at the Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, Romania and a psychologist currently training to be a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with the Association for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy and Counselling Bucharest, Romania. Dr. Beju-Aleman’s research interests and areas of expertise include organizational communication and wellbeing, technology and communication for social justice as well as media psychology with an emphasis on equity, diversity and inclusion of marginalized identities. Most recently, her research is concerned with understanding mental health and wellbeing in diverse work environments while also exploring technology redesign and innovation in socially just, empowering and inclusive ways for marginalised groups in the workforce of the future. Her latest publications include book chapters, contributions and scientific articles published in peer reviewed journals such as the International Communication Gazette. In addition to her academic work, Anabella Beju-Aleman is also actively involved in community development projects and programs as a board member and volunteer consultant.
