Bio: Federica received an M.A. in Organisational Psychology from the University of Milano-Bicocca and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Tampere University. Her research interests focus on the dynamics of age and ageism within organisations and beyond. Her approach is primarily based on discursive approaches and the analysis of social interactions in the workplace. She is a Postdoctoral researcher currently working at the University of Helsinki on an ERC-funded project titled "Material and Environmental Legacies in the XXI Century", where she explores intergenerational relations from a cross-comparative and future-oriented perspective on environmental change and inequality.
