Bio: "Ahmet Cevahir Çınar is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Engineering at Selçuk University and the founder of Sentius Technology Software Industry Trade Ltd.. His research focuses on artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, optimization algorithms, industrial signal analysis, and mobile software development. He has extensive experience in interdisciplinary AI applications, particularly in predictive maintenance, missing data imputation, synthetic data generation, healthcare AI, and industrial time-series analysis. Dr. Çınar has led and contributed to numerous national and international research and innovation projects supported by organizations such as TÜBİTAK, TÜSEB, KOSGEB, COST Actions, and Horizon Europe initiatives. His recent studies concentrate on optimization-oriented AI methods for industrial signal contextualization, self-supervised learning, generative AI, and trustworthy adaptive AI systems. He is also actively involved in projects related to digital agriculture, intelligent monitoring systems, and AI-supported decision-making platforms. In addition to his academic research, he has significant experience in software engineering and applied AI system development. He is the author of the book Flutter ile Mobil Programlama and has published various scientific articles in internationally indexed journals.
