Bio: Oriana de Saint Priest is a Visiting Research Fellow at Singapore Management University, funded initially by the Swiss National Science Foundation and currently by Singapore Management University. She serves as President of the Swiss Association in Singapore, having previously held the role of Vice President.

Oriana holds a PhD in Economics from HEC Lausanne and was awarded the Porphyrogenis Foundation Best Thesis Prize in 2023.

Prior to her doctoral studies, she earned an MSc in Management with Distinction from London Business School (2016), an MPhil in Finance and Economics from the University of Cambridge (2015), and a BA in Mathematics and Philosophy from King’s College London (2013). Her research focuses on developing organizational policies to support older workers and traditionally disadvantaged groups, as well as fostering effective leadership in the workplace. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals in applied psychology, leadership, and organizational behaviour.
