Bio: Luca Fazi is a Manager at SCS Consulting and a PhD in Human–Technology Interaction. He is an expert in Change Management, Digital Transformation, and Diversity & Inclusion, with solid experience in both public and private organizations. His work focuses on increasing the values of an always more age-diverse workforce, supporting the adoption of new technologies and ways of working. He designs and delivers consulting projects for diverse organizational audiences, working on continuous improvement from a lean perspective. With a strong academic background, he is currently researching technology, Artificial Intelligence and age in the workplace and has authored international publications on technology, age, and organizational well-being.

His qualifications include a PhD in Psychology, Master’s in Innovation Strategy and Digital Transformation (24ORE Business School) and a Master’s degree with honors in Work and Organizational Psychology (University of Bologna). He is certified ITIL 4.
