Bio: Bernadeta Goštautaitė is a Professor at ISM University of Management and Economics and a Senior Researcher at Vilnius University, Lithuania. Her research spans various areas related to the integration of age-diverse workers, organizational and national-level policies for successful aging at work, adaptation to new technologies, and diversity in organizations. Her research has been published in esteemed academic journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Discoveries, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and received extensive media coverage. Serving as a Principal or Co-Investigator, Bernadeta has secured over €1 300 000 EUR for her research through competitive grants and industry funding. As part of the Cost Action “LeverAge”, she is responsible for leading the WG4 that focuses on Aging and Technology. She is also a member of the 5C group (The Cross-Cultural Collaboration on Contemporary Careers), the AWM Network (Age in the Workplace Meeting), and ENOP (European Network of Organizational Psychologists). She has been a visiting lecturer and researcher at the University of Florida (USA) and Curtin University, Future of Work Institute (Australia). Before joining academia, Bernadeta acquired valuable experience as an HR practitioner in international companies. She regularly engages in collaborative research projects with industry and over the years, has worked with more than 30 organizations from different sectors, such as banking, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, and media.
