Bio: Slavka Silberg has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Educational Leadership and a PhD in Adult Education. She is a researcher in the Department of Psychology at Palacky University in Olomouc and is currently working on her doctorate in Work and organisational psychology.
Her research interests focus on the overlap of HRM, WOP and professional andragogy – organisation and team, leadership, the capabilities of workers of different age groups in teams, organisational behaviour and organisational agility, job satisfaction, the release and utilisation of human potential through systemic L&D, workplace design and job resources, etc. In the last 5 years she has gained hands-on experience with academic research projects (5 as principal investigator, 1 as co-researcher).
She is active in the interdisciplinary research network CA22120 (LeverAge) as MC member, young researcher and innovators coordinator as well as a member of WG1, WG3 and the SciCom team. She has more than 20 years of professional and practical experience in management, team building, people development and the search for transformative, holistic solutions in a rapidly changing and competitive environment.
