Bio: I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Psychology at the University of Groningen, focusing on workplace aging and its influence on leadership and organizational practices. My research examines how age diversity shapes workplace dynamics, with a particular emphasis on designing and evaluating interventions to enhance age-diverse workplace friendships.
In addition to my research, I have expertise in advanced statistical methods, including multilevel analysis and structural equation modeling, and I use tools like R and Mplus to analyze complex datasets. My aim is to apply these skills to develop actionable strategies that drive meaningful organizational change.
As part of the COST LeverAge Action, I plan to share insights on age-diverse workplace friendship interventions through workshops or by creating accessible, evidence-based tools for organizations and practitioners. Furthermore, I aspire to advance methods for examining organizational interventions by incorporating process evaluations as a key component of methodological approaches"
