Bio: I am a recent graduate from Koç University, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. During my studies, I completed specialized tracks in "Entrepreneurship," "Finance," and "Macroeconomic Policy and Financial Markets" through the College of Administrative Sciences and Economics (CASE). Following graduation, I returned to Azerbaijan to begin my career in a local SME, where I have been able to apply my academic knowledge in a practical business setting. I am particularly passionate about understanding human psychology, possible reasons behind gender biases, and the complexities of human behavior. My involvement in the Cost Action LeverAge program aligns with these interests, providing a valuable platform for exploring these topics further. In the future, I aspire to pursue a Ph.D. in Management abroad, contributing to the academic field and expanding my expertise in this domain.
